Roger Mohatt, Chairman Roger was born in Denver and raised in Arvada. After attending Colorado State
University, earning an undergraduate degree in business, Roger started working as a residential real estate appraiser in 1991
and is currently the President of RAM Appraisal Service, Inc. As Chairman of the Two Angels Foundation, he is involved with
the foundation's fundraising activities, asset allocation and the running of the Foundation. In addition to his volunteer
work with the Two Angel's Foundation, he is a youth football coach for Eldorado Middle School in Superior, Colorado. He
is married to Dawn Mohatt and was the father of Allyson and Rachel. Julie
Mackin, Secretary Julie is a Colorado native who received her bachelor's
degree in accounting from Colorado State University in 1999. Currently she is employed as a senior accountant at Brocade
Corporation in Broomfield, CO. Julie has been married for 7 years and has one child, Brian who is 2. Julie
was Rachel's and Allyson's aunt and she feels strongly that it is important to keep their memory alive by helping
other children. She remembers that it was very important to both Allyson and Rachel that they be able to do as much as they
physically could; supplying recreational medical equipment to other disabled children serves a mission that Allyson and Rachel
would both be proud of. Carrie Hooper, Treasurer Carrie was born in Hawaii and raised in Westminster and Broomfield. After graduating
from Pomona High School in Arvada in 1987, she embarked on a banking career with then United Bank of Denver, which later became
Norwest and then Wells Fargo. As a Private Banking Officer, she managed a customer portfolio of over 150 customers with an
excess of $20 million in deposits. In 2003, after a 16-year career, she left the bank to become a full-time mother to her
two daughters, as she also handled the bookkeeping and accounting for her husband's real estate appraisal business. As
treasurer of the Two Angels Foundation, she handles all of the Foundation's banking needs, as well as assisting the Board
with fundraising, asset allocation, and the overall financial strategies of the Foundation. Carrie's daughters were friends
with Allyson and Rachel Mohatt, the Two Angels. Michelle
Cowgill, Director Michelle received a B.A. in
Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She moved to Colorado shortly after graduating and has since
earned CPA and CIA designations. She has worked in both public accounting and private industry and is currently a stay-at-home
mother. Michelle was Allyson and Rachel Mohatt's aunt and desires to honor their lives by making a positive contribution
to children with disabilities. Steve
Hooper, Director Steve was born in Wheat Ridge
and raised and currently lives in Arvada. After attending the University of Denver, earning both undergraduate and graduate

Angels Foundation, he is directly involved with the Foundation's fund raising activities, asset allocation and the overall
communicative strategies of the Foundation. In addition to his volunteer work with the Two Angel's Foundation, he is a
volunteer youth soccer coach with the Arvada Soccer Association. He is married and has two daughters, Stephanie, 13, and Sarah,

MBA at Regis University. Kathleen currently lives in Arvada with her husband and two children. Having worked at
several Fortune 500 companies in Denver, she now runs her own consulting firm specializing in healthcare and marketing.
The Huss family has been fortunate enough to be touched by the lives of Allyson and Rachel Mohatt, the namesakes of the Two
Angels Foundation. The memory of these two girls continues to inspire Kathleen and is the reason why she is on the foundation
board. Kathleen is dedicated to help the Two Angels Foundation achieve their mission of assisting other disabled children
in living their lives to the fullest - just as Allyson and Rachel did. John Mackin, Director John
is a life-long Colorado resident and was uncle to Allyson and Rachel. John is a graduate from Pomona High School and received
his bachelor's degree from Metro State College of Denver. John currently lives in Broomfield with his wife Julie and son
Brian. He wanted to become involved with the Two Angels Foundation because he saw how important it is for children with disabilities
to have the most normal lives possible. He also realized that normalcy is a very difficult thing to achieve on a day-to-day
basis for a disabled child. He believes that you must make children with disabilities a priority in order to truly make a
difference in their lives, and the Two Angels Foundation is the best way that John can achieve that.
Douglas Moore, Director Doug was born in Denver and was raised in Westminster. He graduated from Pomona High School
with Roger and Dawn Mohatt and then attended Metro State College for four years. In 1991 Doug started working in the
real estate appraisal field and, in 1997, started his own company. As a director with Two Angels he is directly
involved with fundraising activities and sponsor relationships. In addition to the Director position held with the Two Angels
Foundation, Doug also volunteers with the local youth hockey association. Doug has been married for 14 years and has
two children: Matthew, 12, and Amanda, 11. His wife, Leslie, volunteers for the foundation also. Doug has
known Roger and Dawn Mohatt for almost 25 years and continues to work with Roger today. His family was close to Allyson
and Rachel Mohatt during their lives and inspired by their courage and joy.
Matt Pascal, DirectorMatt is an Arvada
native and he attended Peck Elementary, Arvada Junior High, and Arvada High School. Matt is Vice President of JE&S Video

children of her own. She thanks God for the two angels who touched her life.

DirectorGreg grew up in Arvada, Colorado and graduated from
Arvada High School. He went on to graduate from Western State University with a degree in mathematics, then later received
his master's in education from the University of Virginia. After teaching in Virginia, he returned to Colorado where
he is now a realtor. Greg and his wife Andrea are both volunteers for Two Angels because, he says, "with strength and
courage these beautiful young girls overcame daily obstacles and I try to live my life with the same zeal and enthusiasm they
showed us!"
Kim Willis, Director Kim is a native of Colorado, born in Wheat Ridge. Kim is a Technology Manager
for Wells Fargo Bank where she has been employed for 20 years. As Director of Technology for Two Angels Foundation,
Inc., Kim took her first pass at website creation and the Two Angels Foundation website (http://www.twoangelsfoundation.org/) is the result of that effort. Kim also serves as the Volunteer Coordinator
for the Two Angels Foundation's annual Ugly Coat Classic Golf Tournament. Kim was personally touched when Dawn Mohatt
indicated amongst friends and family that she "just wanted to make a difference." Kim's service on the
Board is fueled in part by that and her desire to honor the memory of Allyson and Rachel.
