Carrie Hooper
Carrie was born in Hawaii and raised in Westminster and Broomfield. After graduating from Pomona High School in Arvada in 1987, she embarked on a banking career with then United Bank of Denver, which later became Norwest and then Wells Fargo. As a Private Banking Officer, she managed a customer portfolio of over 150 customers with an excess of $20 million in deposits. In 2003, after a 16-year career, she left the bank to become a full-time mother to her two daughters, as she also handled the bookkeeping and accounting for her husband's real estate appraisal business. As treasurer of the Two Angels Foundation, she handles all of the Foundation's banking needs, as well as assisting the Board with fundraising, asset allocation, and the overall financial strategies of the Foundation. Carrie's daughters were friends with Allyson and Rachel Mohatt, the Two Angels.
Dawn Mohatt
Dawn was born in Texas but moved to Colorado at age three. She received her B.A. in accounting at Colorado State University. Dawn currently works in the accounting department at Kent Denver School, a private non-profit school in Englewood, and has worked there for 12 years. As president of the Two Angels Foundation, she oversees all the foundation's activities and is directly involved with the foundation's accounting, fundraising, and the distribution of funds and equipment. In addition to her volunteer work the Two Angels Foundation, she is a volunteer youth soccer coach with the Arvada Soccer Association. Dawn is married to Roger and they were the parents of the Two Angels, Allyson and Rachel.

Doug was born in Denver and was raised in Westminster. He graduated from Pomona High School with Roger and Dawn Mohatt and then attended Metro State College for four years. In 1991 Doug started working in the real estate appraisal field and, in 1997, started his own company. As a director with Two Angels he is directly involved with fundraising activities and sponsor relationships. In addition to the Director position held with the Two Angels Foundation, Doug also volunteers with the local youth hockey association. Doug has been married for 14 years and has two children: Matthew, 12, and Amanda, 11. His wife, Leslie, volunteers for the foundation also. Doug has known Roger and Dawn Mohatt for almost 25 years and continues to work with Roger today. His family was close to Allyson and Rachel Mohatt during their lives and inspired by their courage and joy.
Greg Whisler
Greg grew up in Arvada, Colorado and graduated from Arvada High School. He went on to graduate from Western State University with a degree in mathematics, then later received his master's in education from the University of Virginia. After teaching in Virginia, he returned to Colorado where he is now a realtor. Greg and his wife Andrea are both volunteers for Two Angels because, he says, “with strength and courage these beautiful young girls overcame daily obstacles and I try to live my life with the same zeal and enthusiasm they showed us!”
John Mackin
John is a life-long Colorado resident and was uncle to Allyson and Rachel. John is a graduate from Pomona High School and received his bachelor's degree from Metro State College of Denver. John currently lives in Broomfield with his wife Julie and son Brian. He wanted to become involved with the Two Angels Foundation because he saw how important it is for children with disabilities to have the most normal lives possible. He also realized that normalcy is a very difficult thing to achieve on a day-to-day basis for a disabled child. He believes that you must make children with disabilities a priority in order to truly make a difference in their lives, and the Two Angels Foundation is the best way that John can achieve that.
Julie Mackin
Julie is a Colorado native who received her bachelor's degree in accounting from Colorado State University in 1999. Currently she is employed as a senior accountant at Brocade Corporation in Broomfield, CO. Julie has been married for 7 years and has one child, Brian who is 2. Julie was Rachel's and Allyson's aunt and she feels strongly that it is important to keep their memory alive by helping other children. She remembers that it was very important to both Allyson and Rachel that they be able to do as much as they physically could; supplying recreational medical equipment to other disabled children serves a mission that Allyson and Rachel would both be proud of.
Kathleen Huss
Kathleen is a Colorado native who received her bachelor's degree at Mesa State College and earned her MBA at Regis University. Kathleen currently lives in Arvada with her husband and two children. Having worked at several Fortune 500 companies in Denver, she now runs her own consulting firm specializing in healthcare and marketing. The Huss family has been fortunate enough to be touched by the lives of Allyson and Rachel Mohatt, the namesakes of the Two Angels Foundation. The memory of these two girls continues to inspire Kathleen and is the reason why she is on the foundation board. Kathleen is dedicated to help the Two Angels Foundation achieve their mission of assisting other disabled children in living their lives to the fullest - just as Allyson and Rachel did.
